Abstract
This article analyzes the biodiversity-related provisions in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and the European-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA). In addition, the author examines Vietnam’s biodiversity-related regulations for the purpose of internalizing these two Agreements.
