Furthermore, individuals who regularly participated in physical activity had lower levels of job burnout and leisure boredom. In addition, the study determined that participants’ virtual tolerance and virtual communication levels increased with an increase in their daily social media use frequency. The results revealed that leisure boredom was a significant predictor of participants’ job burnout and social media addiction. Abstract
