Secondly, sub-factors of teaching-efficacy had a negative impact on sub-factors of burnout and a positive impact on sub-factors of failure tolerance. Abstract

This study was aimed to investigate the effects of childcare teachers' teaching efficacy, burnout and failure tolerance.
