Results: The analysis of the studies revealed that 18% of the articles addressed the relevance of the characteristics of promoting adolescent mental health in school in partnership with the primary care team, while another 18% were related to barriers faced in this promotion. Additionally, 41% of the articles dealt with the strategies used in this context and 24% discussed the associated challenges. Discussion: Several strategies have been incorporated into the partnership between the education sector and Primary Health Care to promote the mental health of school adolescents.
