Based on research that has been conducted, researchers still find problems, namely the processing and reporting of inpatient mortality data at X Hospital is not fully computerized. So that it becomes inconsistent in inputting and collecting data, this causes delays in reporting mortality data. Therefore, researchers designed an inpatient mortality reporting information system. The research method used is Descriptive Qualitative, with data collection techniques: literature study, field study and interviews with the Head of Medical Records and medical record data processing staff at X Hospital. Using the software development method, namely the Agile Software Development Method which starts from the requirement-design-development-testing-deployment stage and applies security features equipped with a username and password so that it can only be accessed by officers. Abstract
