Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim

Abstract

ABSTRAK PeneIitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi 1122 karyawan, dengan sampeI yang diambiI sebanyak 92 responden. Teknik anaIisis data peneIitian yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi kIasik, anaIisis regresi Iinier berganda, koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis. HasiI uji hipotesis secara parsiaI membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim, terdapat pengaruh signifikan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simuItan membuktikan terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Hasil koefisien determinasi yang menunjukan niIai R Square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,857 atau 85,7%, artinya variabeI komunikasi dan kerjasama tim mampu memberikan sumbangan yang terjadi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim, dengan besarnya sumbangan yang disebabkannya sebesar 85,7%. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Kerjasama Tim, Efektivitas Kerja.   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Musi Hutan Persada, Muara Enim Regency. The population of this study includes 1122 employees, with samples taken as many as 92 respondents. The data anaIysis technique used in this study was the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial hypothesis test prove that there is a significant effect of communication on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Musi Hutan Persada, Muara Enim Regency, there is a significant effect of teamwork on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Musi Hutan Persada Muara Enim Regency. The results of hypothesis testing simultaneously prove that there is a significant effect of communication and teamwork on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Musi Hutan Persada Muara Enim Regency. The result of the coefficient of determination which shows the value of R Square (coefficient of determination) is 0.857 or 85.7%, meaning that the communication and teamwork variables are able to contribute to the work effectiveness of employees at PT.
