We present a clinical case of preseptal periorbital necrotizing fasciitis that occurred in a patient after an injury. The clinic, diagnostic tactics, stages of surgical treatment, conservative treatment with a step-by-step photo demonstration are described in detail. As a result of the applied treatment, the patient achieved a satisfactory anatomical and functional state of the eyelids, visual functions were preserved. Abstract
