Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (SmartPls) to test the 7 (seven) hypotheses proposed in this study. The results of this study indicate that the work environment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), servant leadership (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), and work motivation (Z) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The work environment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (Z) and servant leadership (X2) has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (Z). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance, the effect of servant leadership on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of the work environment on work motivation, the effect of servant leadership on work motivation, the effect of the work environment on employee performance through work motivation and the effect of servant leadership on employee performance through work motivation.
