The purpose of this paper is to explore the metabolic effects of protein for microbial metabolic engineering, so as to deeply understand the metabolic characteristics and regulation mechanism of microorganisms. Microbial metabolic engineering has important applications in improving the yield of compounds, optimizing energy utilization, environmental treatment and medicine.
