The disclosure of the structural elements of the mechanism of managing the market capitalization of the enterprise has been deepened. A detailed analysis of the toolkit for stimulating the market capitalization of the enterprise was carried out and a matrix of management decisions regarding its implementation was developed. Indicators for optimizing the value component of the mechanism for managing the market capitalization of the enterprise have been identified. A two-level verification of the effectiveness of the mechanism from the perspective of value and enterprise market capitalization management has been proposed. Abstract
The work has further developed the scientific and applied principles of managing the market capitalization of an enterprise based on the value concept.
