The findings shed light on the causes and outcomes of affective employee commitment, highlighting its significance in achieving desirable outcomes for the organization. Abstract

Affective employee commitment, also known as organizational commitment, refers to the loyalty and emotional attachment that workers feel towards their employer. It reflects the extent to which employees align themselves with the organization's objectives and values and are willing to go above and beyond to contribute to its success.
