Abstract
In response to high nurse turnover, a 12-hospital health system team created a sustainable, formalized, and interprofessional mentoring model to improve nurse retention. In the 1st year of the program, 506 mentor-mentee matches were made, and nearly 5000 hours of mentoring time were logged.
