Abstract
Corpus callosum infarction is uncommon mostly because of rich vascular supply and collateral circulations. It´s shares the same risk factors as other cerebral locations. MRI establishes the diagnosis of ischemic stroke of the corpus callosum, particularly through the diffusion-weighted sequence.
