Abstract

The purpose of this article is to disclose areas related to geodesy in which the use of geodetic methods is possible, using the example of cooperation between seismologists and geodesists to localize, identify and prevent foci of seismic activity, to carry out preparatory work at the early stages of the formation of elastic deformation fields to minimize collateral damage from earthquakes.
