Using the coefficient of variation, McLean index and Worstegen index, this paper analyzes the development differences of higher education informatization in different regions and their causes. Thirty-two representative undergraduate colleges and universities are selected as the research objects, and the results show that 11 colleges and universities have achieved optimal efficiency in education management and talent cultivation, and are recognized as DEA effective decision-making units. Abstract

Education informatization, as a critical force to promote social informatization and education modernization, profoundly impacts the development of higher education. In this study, through the data envelopment analysis (DEA) technique, the resource input and output effects of higher education informatization are deeply explored, and a comprehensive evaluation system for the effectiveness of higher education informatization management is constructed. 教育信息化作为推进社会信息化和教育现代化的重要力量,深刻影响着高等教育的发展。本研究通过数据包络分析(DEA)技术,深入探讨高等教育信息化的资源投入产出效应,构建高等教育信息化管理成效综合评价体系。本文利用变异系数、麦克林指数和沃斯泰根指数,分析了不同地区高等教育信息化的发展差异及其成因。选取32所具有代表性的本科院校作为研究对象,结果表明,有11所院校的教育管理和人才培养效率达到最优,被认定为DEA有效决策单位。本研究为政府配置信息化资源、高校提高信息化管理能力和人才培养成效提供了有价值的参考和指导。
