The study points out that traditional design aesthetics education needs to integrate modern technology to enhance students’ aesthetic ability and innovation literacy. By conducting teaching experiments in 10 colleges and universities, the results show that students using the blended teaching mode significantly outperform the traditional teaching mode in terms of design aesthetics performance, interest and cognitive learning effects. The study also proposes a personalized recommendation method to effectively promote students’ in-depth learning of design aesthetics.
