The study unveiled that Salah al-Din Health Directorate had a keen focus on the attributes of a learning company, as the workers exhibited a strong inclination towards these attributes following exposure to continuous learning opportunities. Abstract

The objective of this study was to delineate the significance of learning organization features in mitigating organizational failure.
