METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF FORECASTING LAW ENFORCEMENT PRACTICE IN THE FIELD OF ENSURING RUSSIA'S SECURITY IN THE ARCTIC REGION

Abstract

The analysis of the priority directions of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the Arctic region allowed the author to substantiate the need to improve the assessment and forecasting of the consequences of the adoption of legal acts in the field of security and protection of Russia's national interests in the Arctic. The possible negative consequences of the adoption of draft laws containing legal defects are considered, methodological techniques for forecasting the practice of applying draft laws are disclosed and justified, on the basis of which the identification of provisions of draft laws is organized, the use of which may pose threats to Russia's security in the Arctic.
