Abstract

The study aims to assess the awareness of the Right to Education (RTE) Act 2009 among parents in the community of tribal of Dakshin Dinajpur District. While the RTE Act empowers Indian students to access education despite various obstacles, its effectiveness relies on proper implementation, which hinges on increasing awareness.
