Abstract
This paper investigates the difficulties in implementing assessment of course objective attainment. Through a questionnaire survey, it was found that teachers face practical difficulties in five aspects: understanding of the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), setting course objectives, designing assessment components, calculating achievement status, and providing feedback and improvement.
