Data analysis uncovered triggers, practices, and outcomes of the two knowledge entrainment strategies. Abstract
Prior research has indicated that knowledge integration is essential for succeeding with large-scale transformation (LST) projects. However, research has largely ignored the processual properties of knowledge integration.
