Once no shade match was found in commercially available shade guides, there was a demand to produce a custom-made shade to address this case. The facial surface of the provisional crown was prepared as a veneer. Utilizing XL2 Premise composite and adding different amounts of gray color modifier, shade matching was fulfilled by mixing the composite and the color modifier. In this case, five attempts were made to achieve color match. The restoration was polished utilizing Soflex Discs. Provisional crown was in function for 12 weeks. Abstract
