A total of 60 patients (35 males, 15 females) were selected as a participant.\nStatistical Analysis: Results: The data were analyzed by using of STATA program 14.2 version. In our 60 patients Research study, There were 21\n(42%) Cases of Avascular Necrosis (AVN), 7 (14%) Cases of arthritis, 3 (6%) and 1 (2%) cases were of femoral fracture and acetabular fracture,\nrespectively our ndings showed that MEDIC, 3D-DESS and PDFS were signicantly better than (PD) & STIR sequences in the assessment of\nall the hip pain pathologies.
