Abstract
Radiation therapy after prostatectomy for a prostate cancer is a recommended treatment in case of biochemical relapse (rising PSA) following surgery. Controversies regarding its optimal use, delivery, and toxicities are often discussed, not only within scientific congresses but also during multidisciplinary oncological boards.
