Subjects: 110 staff nurses out of150 staff nurses included in the study. Tools: Data was collected by using two tools organizational Trust questionnaire and job Involvement scale. Results: more than three quarters (77.3%) of them had a high perception level regarding the (trust to supervisor), while (26.4%) of the studied nurses had a low level of perception regarding the (trust to organization),(68.2)high job involvement level regarding (performance compatible with self –concept), while (10.9%) of the studied nurses had low job involvement level regarding (performance as a central to self-esteem). Conclusion: there was significant statistical positive correlation between organizational trust and job involvement. 组织信任与护士的工作参与度之间的关系
背景:组织信任可提高员工的工作参与度、工作绩效、工作满意度、缺勤率和离职率,从而提高员工的工作参与度。高水平的技能多样性会导致员工的工作负担过重,从而增加员工的工作压力,降低员工的工作参与度。研究目的:本研究旨在评估组织信任与员工护士工作参与度之间的关系。研究设计:采用描述性相关设计。研究对象150 名员工护士中有 110 名员工护士参与研究。工具:使用组织信任问卷和工作参与量表两种工具收集数据。结果:超过四分之三(77.3%)的研究对象对(对主管的信任)有较高的认知水平,而(26.4%)的研究对象对(对组织的信任)有较低的认知水平,(68.2)的研究对象对(与自我概念相符的绩效)有较高的工作参与水平,而(10.9%)的研究对象对(作为自尊中心的绩效)有较低的工作参与水平。结论:组织信任与工作参与之间存在明显的统计正相关。建议医院管理当局应通过经常与护士会面、让护士参与决策、提供激励措施以及尊重和公平对待护士来提高护士对组织的信任。
