Abstract
Despite being elaborated by experts, the Yogyakarta Principles on sexual orientation and gender identity (YP) strongly resemble an international human rights treaty in their language and format. Building on drag performances, I argue that, instead of merely imitating law, the YP creatively disturb the borders of international law-making.
关于性取向和性别认同的《日惹原则》（Yogyakarta Principles on sexual orientation and gender identity，简称 YP）尽管是由专家制定的，但其语言和形式却与国际人权条约十分相似。在变装表演的基础上，我认为《日惹原则》不仅仅是模仿法律，而是创造性地扰乱了国际法律制定的边界。
