The study was conducted by convenient sampling method with 600 survey participants currently studying and working in Hanoi. The study used SPSS 22.0 software to perform: Descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha test, Exploring Factor Analysis, linear regression, and Anova to process data. The results show six factors, which are (1) Environmental awareness, (2) Attitude, (3) Perceived behavioral control, (4) Attractiveness of other means, (5) Subjective norm, (6) Promotion policies, have an impact on the intention to buy electric motorbikes of people in Hanoi.
