Abstract

We report the case of an 87-year-old female patient who was diagnosed with metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer harboring MET exon 14 skipping mutation (MET ex14) and PD-L1 expression of 60%. A first-line treatment with atezolizumab was started with primary resistance.
