Verification models of scientific and methodological support for regional innovative network infrastructure, ensuring the continuous growth of teacher professional skills

Abstract

Верификация является важнейшим критерием практической проверки результативности любого инновационного проекта. Её научно обоснованное осуществление требует создания и использования верификационных моделей, включающих предметный, операционный и регламентирующий блоки. С опорой на данную структуру в статье представлены верификационные модели научно-методического сопровождения и непрерывного роста профессионального мастерства учителя в рамках региональной сетевой инфраструктуры. Для каждой модели дана характеристика составляющих её блоков во взаимосвязи, обеспечивающей их единство и взаимодополнение. Делается вывод о необходимости и эффективности использования данных моделей для верификации инновационных процессов в региональной сетевой инфраструктуре, обеспечивающей непрерывный рост профессионального мастерства учителя. Verification is the most important criterion for the practical verification of the effectiveness of any innovative project. Its scientifically based implementation requires the creation and use of verification models, including subject, operational and regulatory blocks. Based on this structure, the article presents verification models of scientific and methodological support and continuous growth of a teacher’s professional skills within the framework of a regional network infrastructure. For each model, the characteristics of its constituent blocks are given in the relationship that ensures their unity and complementarity. The conclusion is drawn about the necessity and effectiveness of using these models to verify innovative processes in the regional network infrastructure, ensuring the continuous growth of the teacher’s professional skills.
