Bronchoscopy revealed DAH, raising concern for vasculitis exacerbation. A 48-year-old female with anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis, initially responded well to standard therapy but later presented with diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH), simulating disease relapse.
