Abstract
Case: A 14-year-old adolescent girl and 18-year-old man underwent right anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction using quadriceps tendon (QT) autografts via partial-thickness harvest. While both patients initially recovered well, later they experienced a painful snapping in their knee localized to the lateral QT, just proximal to the patella.
