Abstract

近年来,社区团购市场发展迅速,团购品类以生鲜食品为主,因此社区团购平台成功的关键之一在于供应链物流,其中冷链物流是保证生鲜食品保时保质的关键。本文在对社区团购、冷链物流、车辆路径规划等理论和问题进行梳理研究的基础上,针对 J 公司社区团购济南配送中心冷链物流配送业务存在的问题,结合网格站的实际需求和生鲜产品需低温储存的特点、构建了网格站模糊时间窗需求下总成本最小的冷链物流配送路径优化模型,并利用K均值聚类对配送区域进行划分设计,然后对各子配送区域内的配送路径进行优化,并利用遗传算法进行求解,验证了优化方案的有效性,配送车使用数量减少2辆,配送成本降低12.77%,并提出了推进仓储配送标准化、打造数字化综合物流信息平台等优化措施。
