Satisfaction of APPs with independent chemotherapy prescribing privileges was evaluated.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>The odds of a reported event were higher for physicians than for APPs. Abstract
Background: Literature on advanced practice providers (APPs) prescribing chemotherapy independently, without physician cosignature, is limited.
