However, management commitment had a direct influence on job performance and management commitment had a relationship with psychological empowerment (<i>p</i> < 0.01). Abstract
This study aimed to assess the relationship between management commitment, psychological empowerment, and job performance among Palestinian academic employees in higher education institutions.
