Salaam Somali Bank's leadership's ability to inspire and guide its employees is a critical component of its success. The leadership style that the bank chooses may have a big influence on overall performance, job satisfaction, and staff morale. Different leadership philosophies, including transactional, transformational, and laissez-faire, provide unique methods for overseeing and inspiring staff. The study method of data collection was used by questionnaire.
