The article is devoted to problematic issues and features of resocialisation of convicts – former employees of courts and law enforcement agencies. The subject of the study is psychological and pedagogical aspects of resocialisation of convicts. The aim of the research is to improve the process of resocialisation of convicted former court and law enforcement officials. Methods. Statistical method, analysis, synthesis, induction, system-structural, formal-logical methods formed the methodological basis of the research. Results. In the course of the research various approaches to the concept of resocialisation were considered. Psychological and pedagogical aspects of resocialisation of convicts in specialised institutions were studied. The authors conclude that resocialisation is the main mechanism that ensures social adaptation and return to normal life. The article describes the psychological and pedagogical program of resocialisation of convicted former court and law enforcement officials consisting of three blocks: information and education block; interactive block; multimedia block. The importance of step-by-step implementation of the programme, strict adherence to the recommendations for the application of certain psychotherapeutic methods and technologies is emphasised, which will increase the effectiveness of the correction of convicted former court and law enforcement officials, shape in them adequate ways of responding to conflict situations, and reduce the level of aggressive behaviour. Abstract
