However, it still leads to a huge gap in how it developed in China compared with the broader application and its effectiveness study of CPT in gambling addiction from foreign countries. 共性与差异--中国戒赌治疗急需CBT本土化
病态赌博(Pathological gambling),或称赌博障碍,在中国社会更多被称为赌博成瘾,被认为对个人心理健康和社会经济改善都带来巨大损害,根据DSM-V标准,其特征是在过去12个月内严重的错误认知与行为功能障碍。认知行为疗法(CBT)作为四大心理疗法之一,在帮助患者调整因赌博成瘾而导致的认知和行为失衡方面发挥了适当的作用。然而,与国外CPT在赌博成瘾中的广泛应用及其效果研究相比,我国的发展仍存在巨大差距。本文从社会负担的角度总结了CBT治疗赌博成瘾的本土化进程,指出了其亟待解决的问题,如合格治疗师短缺、缺乏成熟的队列研究设计且使用效果不佳、目标人群分布不均衡且忽视问题严重性等。
