Abstract

Purpose

The aim of this study was to understand the experience of social alienation in elderly lung cancer patients, to explore its causes, and to propose targeted intervention strategies.

Methods

老年肺癌患者的社会疏离体验:定性研究。
目的:了解老年肺癌患者的社会疏离感,探讨其产生的原因,并提出有针对性的干预策略:2023年7月至8月,采用目的性抽样法,选取了16名在湖南省长沙市某三级甲等医院呼吸科就诊的老年肺癌患者进行了半结构式访谈。采用科莱齐七步法对数据进行分析:结果:共提炼出四个主题:老年肺癌患者的社会疏离体验(悲观情绪、自卑心理和沉重的心理负担)、主观原因(疾病带来的羞耻感、回避社会行为和被污名化的标签)、客观原因(孤立的社会状态和社会化程度降低)和康复支持:结论:老年肺癌患者社交疏离的原因包括个人、家庭、社会支持等多个方面,应加强对该人群的症状管理和心理疏导,构建医院-社会-家庭三位一体的联动护理方案,帮助患者康复。
