The retraction has been agreed due to concerns raised by third parties on the data presented in the article. Several flaws and inconsistencies between results presented and experimental methods described were found. Specifically, multiple image elements were found to have been published elsewhere in a different scientific context. Furthermore, the article presents results from multiple non-verifiable/unknown cell lines: BSG823, BSG803, BGC803, and GSE1. Accordingly, the conclusions of this article are considered invalid by the editors.
