Abstract
Histoplasmosis is a granulomatous infection caused by dimorphic fungus-Histoplasma capsulatum. Ocular involvement is mainly in the form of retinal or choroidal involvement as presumed ocular histoplasmosis mostly in immunocompromised patients.
