Abstract
Deoxyacetyl-donacinoic acid B (1), a new bergamotane-type sesquiterpenoid, was isolated from the rice solid fermentation of Penicillium expansum GY618. The structure of compound 1 was well established by the detailed interpretation of NMR and HR-ESI-MS data, as well as ECD measurement powered by molecular calculation. The antibacterial activities of compound 1 were evaluated.
