Immunoserological findings were normal with no evidence of autoimmune disease or vasculitis. Abstract
A 59-year-old female patient presented with acute polyarthritis after a holiday in the Caribbean. In addition, constitutional symptoms as well as myalgia and arthralgia were reported.
