This review outlines the major gastrointestinal manifestations of CF, and highlights areas of common misunderstanding. Areas particularly important to practice, such as impact upon malabsorption, bowel obstruction and gastro-oesophageal reflux are considered in detail. Abstract
Cystic fibrosis is a multisystem disorder, and gastrointestinal (GI) disease contributes significantly to its morbidity. This review outlines the major gastrointestinal manifestations of CF, and highlights areas of common misunderstanding.
