Clinical outcomes of patients with heterotopic pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery

Abstract

Objective

腹腔镜手术后异位妊娠患者的临床疗效

目的本回顾性研究旨在分析接受体外受精和胚胎移植（IVF-ET）及腹腔镜手术治疗的异位妊娠（HP）患者的腹腔镜手术治疗及临床后果。材料与方法我们对2013年1月至2022年12月期间在南通大学附属妇幼保健院接受IVF-ET的异位妊娠患者的临床特征和妊娠结果进行了回顾性分析。11例（52.4%）在手术前有腹痛和阴道出血等临床表现，10例（47.6%）在确诊前无症状。所有患者均接受了腹腔镜手术，术后流产 8 例（6.15%），13 名新生儿出生时均无异常。
