The patient was managed conservatively, and once his respiratory function recovered, he underwent rehabilitation. Abstract
An eighteen-year-old male was brought with a gunshot to the right thorax. There was reduced air entry on the right chest, and the patient had AIS A neurology. CT of the chest revealed the trajectory of the bullet, which entered through the T7 right neural foramen, transected the cord, and exited the left foramen with minimal osteoligamentous disruption.
