The neurosurgery department at the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences (SSSIHMS), Bangalore, one of SSSCT's many hospitals, has been offering comprehensive services with state-of-the-art facilities for a diverse range of disorders since 2001. Operating on a unique \"no-cost-to-patient\" model and guided by an ethos of altruism introduced by its founder Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the department has successfully provided high-quality neurosurgical care to a large number of patients. Abstract
The Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust (SSSCT) was founded in 1972 as a public charitable trust with the objectives of providing free education, healthcare, and public utility benefits without any discrimination. The neurosurgery department at the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences (SSSIHMS), Bangalore, one of SSSCT's many hospitals, has been offering comprehensive services with state-of-the-art facilities for a diverse range of disorders since 2001.
