Abstract

Typically arriving at the gym or practice field well before the coaches and student-athletes, and then leaving long after a practice session has ended, they do whatever is required of them to help support their assigned team's well-being. These unsung heroes of the athletics department at colleges and universities around the country are known as student managers.
