Abstract
The following study proposes a new framework for mental health care in the Middle East that incorporates digital innovation along with culturally sensitive models to reduce stigma and improve access to mental health services. This framework will make use of technology and community-based strategies to overcome the region-specific problems in creating a more inclusive and effective mental health system.
