The study was carried out from 2019 to 2022, with the participation of 19 judges specialized in patient safety and 72 patients admitted to the hospital's medical and surgical clinics, the study setting.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>the agreement between the judges obtained an overall index of 0.85, being considered validated. Abstract
