Abstract

Cells are heterogenous like different human individuals. Labeling cells by using lanthanide (Ln)-tagged macrophage MS2 capsid-conjugated antibody toward the corresponding cell-surface biomarkers, and stretching the ICP-generated ion cloud duration of the Ln-labeled single-cell by using CH4 in collision-reaction cell (CRC), allowed the acquisition of multi-m/z signals by ICP-quadrupole (q)-MS (ICP-(CH4-CRC)-qMS).
